PA Nova building a retail park for about PLN 20 mln
PA Nova announced that on 3 February it signed a construction contract with BORT-WIMAR. Under the agreement, PA Nova will build a retail park, including a parking area and all necessary supporting infrastructure, delivering the project in line with the approved design documentation. The fixed net remuneration due to PA Nova represents around 7% of the group’s annual consolidated revenues, translating into approximately PLN 20 million. The completed facility is scheduled to be handed over by 30 October 2026.
According to the company, the remaining contractual terms reflect standard market conditions. Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007, PA Nova operates mainly in construction and commercial real estate, with its market value rising to PLN 160.5 million, up 9% y/y.
