The first of the Palio Office Park buildings – an office and service complex owned by Cavatina Holding, located in the Gdańsk Shipyard, in the changing Young City of Gdańsk, has just obtained the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

Cavatina Holding undergoes BREEAM certification at the Excellent or Very Good level. It is an objective confirmation that the building has been designed and built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Put into operation in February this year, the Palio A building was highly rated, among others, for the sustainable management of water and energy, the materials from which it was made, as well as for its very good preparation in the field of Health and Wellbeing. While creating functional, architecturally interesting spaces, Cavatina also pays great attention to the high quality of the buildings it builds.

Palio Office Park is Cavatina Holding's first investment in the Tri-City. It will consist of eight buildings with a total area of ​​nearly 90,000 sqm of office and service space.
