An office for a whole day or a few hours can be rented by everyone who needs a place to work outside the home. 

“Remote work in the home office model may be difficult to reconcile with the activity of other household members, e.g. when children return from school. Especially when you need peace of mind to concentrate on work. An office by the hour is then the best solution,” Magdalena Śnieżek, director for the southern Poland region at CitySpace, said.

Increasingly, the offer of serviced offices is also used by large corporations, which thus reduce the costs associated with maintaining traditional office space.

“An office in the day office system can be rented without incurring long-term financial obligations, because there is no need to sign a contract. All you need to do is call or write an e-mail and specify the date, then pay and use. It is not a shared desk or a coworking space, but a separate room where all data and confidential conversations are inaccessible to outsiders,” Magdalena Śnieżek explained.

Day office is a new service that appeared during the pandemic. It can be a practical solution, among others for those who work from home on a daily basis, but need office space from time to time. This applies to both freelancers and full-time employees in companies that allow remote work. The day office model will be more and more popular, especially in the era of the coronavirus, when many companies have delegated their employees to work remotely, and working in a home office mode five days a week is not always possible.
