Shares of the biotechnological company Pharmena debuted on Friday on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). At the opening, the share price fell against the reference price by 0.31 percent and amounted to PLN 6.36.
This is the third debut in 2019 on the main market and also the third company, which moved its listing from NewConnect. Pharmena debuted on NewConnect in August 2018. The preparations to transfer shares to the WSE main market began in 2018. In October, the company filed a prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), which was approved on March 19.
