Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed, state majority-owned developer and investor Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has finalized its acquisition of two office buildings – Betheone and Befree – in the Polish capital from Polnord. The value of the transaction amounts to €30.8 million. The buildings in question are located in the Miasteczko Wilanów neighborhood in the Wilanów district of the Polish capital and are part of the Wilanów Office Park complex. They were completed in 2011-2012 and offer a total of over 17,000 sqm of GLA.
