The first, lower building of the Warsaw office and retail complex Skysawa has reached its target height, WSE-listed developer Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) reported. The project, which is being implemented at Świętokrzyska 36, will consist of two parts – a lower four to nine overground storeys and a 155-meter tower.

"The important stage of the Skysawa construction is behind us. Building A of the complex has already taken its final shape and soon you will be able to see the first fragments of its façade, which is currently being assembled from Twarda Street. We are pleased with such a quick progress,” Vice President Tomasz Górnicki said.

"The Skysawa is one of the fastest emerging office investments in Warsaw. All above-ground levels in building A were built in nine weeks. The Skysawa Tower will be built in a shorter, four-day cycle, thanks to the self-erecting core technology," added a member of the management board of PORR SA, the general contractor of the skyscraper , Dariusz Wietrzyński.

Skysawa is an office and retail complex with an area of approx. 34,200 sqm, the construction of which began at the end of June 2019.

PHN had PLN 171.9 million of consolidated rental income in 2019.
