Photon Energy made its debut on the regulated stock exchange markets in Warsaw and Prague. Before entering regulated markets, Photon Energy shares were listed on the unregulated markets of NewConnect in Warsaw and Free Market in Prague. The change of the quotation market does not entail the issue of new shares.

"The transition to the main markets of the stock exchanges in Warsaw and Prague is an important element in increasing the liquidity of quotations and gives the opportunity to a wider group of institutional investors to invest in a company that is part of the global return towards renewable energy and offers water treatment technologies. that we can continue our dynamic growth in the renewable energy sector, clean water solutions, but also as a company," Georg Hotar, CEO of Photon Energy, commented.

Photon Energy's shares were admitted to listing and trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw and Prague stock exchanges after the recent approval of the company's issue prospectus by the Dutch regulator Autoriteit Financiële Markten, which allowed the transfer of shares from unregulated NewConnect (WSE) and Free Market (PSE) markets to the markets regulated by these exchanges. The change in the quotation market does not involve the issue of new shares.

Photon Energy predicts that the change in the stock market will help stimulate equity liquidity and diversify the investor base, ensuring institutional and retail investors across Europe can invest in the company.
