The State Electoral Commission (PKW) has once again postponed its decision regarding the electoral report of the Law and Justice party (PiS), now set to be made by August 29. This marks the second delay in a decision that could lead to serious financial troubles for Jarosław Kaczyński's party.

On July 31, the PKW approved the financial report of the Left committee without reservations and accepted reports from the Civic Coalition, Third Way, and Confederation committees, noting minor issues. However, the decision on PiS's report was delayed again due to campaign funding irregularities, potentially costing the party up to 75 percent of its nearly PLN 26 million subsidy.
