PKP PLK has UOKiK approval for purchase of Cargotor from PKP Cargo
The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has agreed to PKP PLK's purchase of 100% of shares in Cargotor from PKO Cargo, PKP Cargo said in a press release.
In November 2021, PKP Cargo signed a letter of intent with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe (PKP PLK) regarding the sale of 100% of Cargotor.
