Play completes acquisition of 3S Group
Mobile operator Play signed through its unit P4 a final contract for the acquisition of the entire stake in telecom company 3S and its subsidiaries. The total value of the deal is €96 million (PLN 410 million). The acquisition was financed from own funds as well as external financing, Play said.
"The takeover of 3S Group does not change Play's expectations regarding the payment of dividend in 2020 based on 2019 results," it is added.
