Deloitte's Global Shared Services & Outsourcing Survey 2023 reveals that 70% of Global Business Services (GBS) centers plan to reorganize services, with over half driven by cost reduction. Poland ranked second, behind India in the first spot and Mexico in third, as the preferred locations for Shared Services Centers. GBS focuses on finance, HR, IT, and procurement, evolving to handle more sophisticated functions.

The study emphasizes the growing agility, digitization, and cost efficiency of GBS and Shared Service Centers. Challenges include enhancing customer experience and talent management, with a shift towards skill development and employee well-being in organizational priorities. The survey, spanning 40 countries and diverse industries, collected 500 responses from October 2022 to March 2023.
