Poleczki Park with Poland’s First Award-Winning Wooden Office Building
Real Estate Impactor recognizes unique and outstanding developments in the real estate market. One such project is Timber Park, which won the award in the "Initiative Bringing New Quality" category. This groundbreaking project will be the first wooden office building within Poleczki Park, one of Warsaw’s largest office complexes.
The building’s innovation goes beyond hybrid wooden technology, incorporating wooden prefabrication for sustainable construction. Timber Park will stand out with its wooden façade and exposed wooden elements in the interiors, creating a warm and natural workspace.
