Polish Botanika Farm begins IPO, operates in FoodTech segment

Polish FoodTech company Botanika Farm has launched an IPO ahead of a planned debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s main market. The company is offering up to 250,000 shares at a maximum price of PLN 69 each, giving the offering a potential value of about PLN 17.3 mln. Proceeds will finance a new production line for heat-treated functional flours, a corn drying facility and further business expansion. Botanika Farm processes conventional and organic corn and supplies ingredients for baby food, gluten-free, non-GMO and functional food products. In H1 2026, revenue rose 43.4% y/y to PLN 44.7 mln, while net profit increased 185% to nearly PLN 5.1 mln.
