Polish hotel market enters new phase
Poland’s hotel market has entered a new phase of growth, driven by larger projects, international brands and extensive modernization of older properties. The country now has more than 2,600 hotels, while hotel bed capacity has increased about 42 percent since 2015. Warsaw remains the largest market, with more than 19,200 rooms and several major projects planned.
Resort markets are also expanding, including the roughly 1,200-room Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo. Investors are increasingly focusing on renovations, rebranding and higher-end four- and five-star hotels. In 2025, hotel transactions in Poland totaled about EUR 135 mln across 12 properties.
