Polish investors add PLN 800 mln in new capital to ETFs
Polish investors are increasingly turning to ETFs, with Beta ETF reporting record inflows in the first half of 2026. Net inflows reached PLN 808 mln, while assets under management rose to about PLN 2.5 bln. Trading activity on the Warsaw Stock Exchange also increased sharply, with ETF turnover exceeding PLN 3 bln and the number of transactions rising to nearly 800,000. Most new capital went into Polish equity ETFs, especially those tracking mWIG40TR, WIG20TR, sWIG80TR and dividend stocks.
Bond ETFs attracted about PLN 150 mln and are increasingly used as a cash-management tool. Smaller inflows went into foreign equity, crypto and trading ETFs. Beta ETF is also planning new products, including WIG140 and All World funds.
