Joanna Romańczuk became Managing Director of the Polish and Ukrainian branch of TMF Group, a leading provider of administrative business services for companies. She replaced Dagmara Witt-Kuczyńska in the management role of the Polish branch, who took the position of the leader of accounting and tax practice in the CEE area, covering Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Romańczuk heads a team of nearly 500 specialists in Warsaw, Katowice and Kiev serving over 850 clients. She supervises the provision of services in the area of key competences of the Polish (being one of the largest branches of the TMF Group in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region) and Ukrainian offices: Human Resources and Payroll, Accounting and Tax and Corporate Secretarial.

From 2014 to 2020, she worked for MoneyGram Poland, where she served as President of the Board from 2018 and managed Revenue Operations within MoneyGram's global structures. Joanna Romańczuk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Dagmara Witt-Kuczyńska, who has been managing the Polish branch of TMF Group so far, has assumed the position of the leader of accounting and tax practice in the CEE area. She has been with TMF Group for five years. Previously, between 2005 and 2015, she worked for the EY consulting firm, where she worked in the departments of Accounting Services, Internal Accounting, Audit and, in recent years, as a manager in the Accounting Consultancy Department.

Dagmara Witt-Kuczyńska is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. She holds the title of Chartered Certified Accountant granted by the National Chamber of Chartered Accountants and the FCCA title granted by The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
