Polish waste management company Zeme, plans PLN 200 mln for acquisitions
Polish industrial waste management scaleup Zeme plans to spend more than PLN 200 mln on acquisitions over the next few years, following two completed deals. It aims to sign another Polish transaction by the end of 2026 and enter Brazil through an acquisition in early 2027. Zeme combines waste collection and processing services with proprietary software that manages documentation and operations.
Revenue is expected to reach PLN 140 million in 2026, while gross profit should rise to about PLN 12 mln. The company is seeking PLN 35–40 mln from growth investors to finance expansion. In Poland, it wants to acquire waste-processing facilities, while in Brazil it is targeting São Paulo and Minas Gerais.
