Popeyes is accelerating its expansion in Poland, which Rex Concepts sees as one of its key growth markets in Central and Eastern Europe. According to Michał Różycki, Head of Expansion at Rex Concepts, the strategy is based on scaling the network in promising locations, diversifying restaurant formats and maintaining high operating standards. The brand is targeting large and medium-sized cities with strong purchasing power, developed infrastructure and steady footfall. It is expanding through shopping centres, drive-thru restaurants and street locations, including inline street and high-street formats, with the first flagship urban outlet planned for this year.

Key challenges include securing the best sites and scaling operations, so the company is investing in technology, logistics and management teams while preserving Popeyes’ Louisiana-inspired identity.
