Port Łódź is launching a major redevelopment covering nearly 10,000 sqm. The food court will almost double in size and add six new restaurant tenants, while the 7,000 sqm patio will feature a summer cinema, water playground, winter garden, and additional greenery. The center will also redesign its affordable-brand zone, add four tenants, create a children’s play area, and improve internal circulation. Natural materials, warmer colors, and expanded landscaping will be used throughout the property.

Managed by Ingka Centres, the project aims to transform Port Łódź from a traditional shopping center into a destination for dining, leisure, meetings, and family activities, encouraging longer and more frequent customer visits.
