Port Łódź preparing largest reconstruction in its history
Port Łódź is planning its largest renovation since opening in 2010. The project will update nearly 10,000 square meters, adding more space for dining, recreation, and relaxation while expanding its affordable retail area.
The dining area will grow by about 1,100 square meters, nearly doubling seating and adding six food concepts. A 230-square-meter winter garden will connect it to the 7,000-square-meter patio, which is planned to include a summer cinema, a splash pad, more greenery, and new seating. The renovation will also add four stores.
Work is expected to begin in early 2027 and finish in the second quarter of 2028. The center’s owner estimates the changes could increase visitor numbers by about 10%.
