BBI Development’s affiliate Realty 4 Management and Liebrecht & wooD have signed a letter with a potential new investor for Warsaw’s planned Roma Tower. The investor has exclusive negotiating rights until September 30, 2026, while due diligence and possible financing terms are discussed. The nonbinding agreement could strengthen and stabilize the project without changing BBI Development’s planned final stake. Roma Tower already has a building permit and will be a 170-meter ultra-luxury residential skyscraper with 48 above-ground and six underground floors.

The developers also plan to spend more than PLN 20 mln upgrading nearby streets, pedestrian and cycling areas, and greenery. Pininfarina will design the interiors.
