President Duda will not pardon Marek Falenta
President Andrzej Duda has not pardoned and will not pardon Marek Falenta, Andrzej Dera, a minister in the Chancellery of the President, said on Monday. In his opinion, Falenta’s case and special services’ alleged involvement in it could be investigated by a special commission.
“Marek Falenta has been legally sentenced by an independent court, which recognized that the way in which he acted, the motives that guided him, deserve the penalty of imprisonment, and this will not be changed,” Dera said.
