Property Forum 2026: The Polish Real Estate Market at a Strategic Turning Point
Poland’s real estate market is entering a period in which investment decisions are increasingly shaped by capital availability, changing user needs, technology, energy costs and wider economic trends. These issues will take centre stage at Property Forum 2026, taking place on 28–29 September at Sheraton Grand Warsaw.
The event will bring together investors, developers, property owners, financial institutions, advisers and public administration representatives to discuss the future of the sector. The agenda covers investment and financing, residential and office markets, retail and logistics, industrial real estate, data centres, energy, changing demographics and the transformation of existing buildings.
Among the confirmed speakers are senior representatives of Panattoni, NEPI Rockcastle, Griffin Capital Partners, EPP, Dom Development, CBRE, HB Reavis, Archicom, Yareal Polska and other leading market players.
The programme will be complemented by the Prime Property Prize, with the winners announced during the gala on 28 September at Concept 13 in Warsaw.
