At the beginning of April, Przemysław Furlepa started his role as CEO of ING Hubs Poland. In his new position, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and development of the competence center that provides specialised services to other units within the ING Group, located in over 20 countries.

Przemysław takes the helm at ING Hubs Poland after spending 8 years in key leadership roles at BNP Paribas. He led the retail banking and micro-enterprises segment in Poland, other European countries, and the Mediterranean region, and chaired the supervisory board of BNP Paribas investment fund (TFI). Previously, for 13 years, he was responsible for retail and electronic banking at ING Bank Śląski.

Przemysław Furlepa is a leader and a banker with nearly 30 years of experience in international financial institutions, in areas such as finance, risk management, business banking, corporate banking, and retail banking. His contribution to cross-border projects, focused on creating value for clients through an omnichannel approach, digitisation, and collaboration with fintechs, is a valuable asset for ING.

Przemek takes the helm of the Polish hub at an important moment for the company, while it intensifies actions that will distinguish us from the competition and bring us closer to achieving the goal of being the best bank in Europe. The ING Hubs Poland team gains an excellent leader who will ensure the continuation of the company's successes in cooperation with other members of the management team. At the same time Przemysław joins the international management team of ING competence centers and locally leads the team of leaders crucial for the functioning of the organisation's support functions and business lines.
