The total value of the four initial public offers (IPOs) carried out on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange amounted to less than PLN 5.3 million in Q3 2019, while no debuts were recorded on the main market during this period, according to the latest report ‘IPO Watch Europe’ prepared by the consulting company PwC. In Europe, the value of IPOs increased by 2.7 percent  y/y to €3.8 billion in Q3, which was the result of two mega offers (IPOs exceeding €1 billion) that took place on the stock exchanges in Germany and Sweden.

In the third quarter of 2019, the WSE recorded 4 IPOs, which is exactly as much as in the corresponding period of last year. However, from July to September this year, no company made its debut on the main market.  The only such rookie in 2019 remains BoomBit, which carried out the offer in the second quarter.
