Raben Group delivered solid growth in 2025 despite a difficult operating environment shaped by geopolitical tensions, rising costs, regulatory pressure, and labour shortages across Europe’s logistics sector. Revenues exceeded €2.3 billion, up more than 6%, while shipment volumes rose by 5.1%, underlining the company’s resilience in a subdued market.

The year marked a major expansion phase. Raben entered Switzerland through the integration of Sieber Transport AG and launched operations in Turkey, bringing its total footprint to 17 countries. It also acquired DGO Express in the Netherlands and reorganised its local network, strengthening its European groupage system.

Significant investments were made in logistics infrastructure, including new facilities and warehouse expansions across Germany, Austria, Romania, Poland, and Slovakia. These projects, alongside continued fleet and technology upgrades, were aimed at improving operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness.

Despite ongoing pricing pressure in road transport and tighter margins, the company maintained profitability, with EBITDA above 5% and operating cash flow nearing €100 million. Road transport remained the core business, accounting for nearly 67% of services, supported by contract logistics, FTL, fresh logistics, and 4PL solutions.

Raben’s leadership stressed that strategic investment, digital transformation, and network development remain central priorities. While such investments weighed on short-term performance, they are intended to secure long-term growth. With demand holding firm and several Central and Eastern European markets performing strongly, the Group enters 2026 positioned to expand further despite continued uncertainty.
