Raben Group Digitalizes Its European Co-Packing Operations with Nulogy
Raben Group, one of Europe’s leading logistics operators, has selected the Nulogy Shop Floor solution to digitalize its contract packaging operations. The solution is currently being implemented at seven locations in Poland, ahead of a planned second phase covering additional European branches.
The first implementation, completed at the Raben Logistics Polska branch in Stryków, provides full real-time operational control by continuously monitoring co-packing production activities, resources, line performance, and order status on a single platform.
By moving from fragmented planning and execution tools to one digital platform, Raben is simplifying and standardizing its co-packing operations across multiple locations. The solution more closely connects planning, execution, and reporting processes, improves data consistency, and provides up-to-date visibility into operational activities. As a result, it supports faster and more accurate real-time decision-making.
At the same time, Nulogy Shop Floor reduces operational complexity and creates a scalable foundation for the continued development of value-added services, or VAS. The software improves planning and execution through automated workflows and synchronized operational data. Its purpose is to accelerate production cycles while reducing downtime, material waste, and inefficiencies. Standardized processes and shared KPIs across individual locations are intended to ensure consistent operating quality and make it easier to expand Raben’s services into additional markets.
“Nulogy’s connected operational platform enables us to become a digital partner for the entire supply chain ecosystem by bringing data, processes, and partners together in one modern collaborative environment. Nulogy Shop Floor will not only improve our internal co-packing operations, but will also give our customers greater process transparency and the ability to respond more quickly. As we continue to grow, the platform gives us the opportunity to scale sustainably and provide our customers with even better support while maintaining our commitment to high-quality service,” said Maria Strojnowska, VAS Projects Manager at Raben Logistics Polska.
The Nulogy platform can also integrate seamlessly with customers’ existing software, including ERP and WMS systems, allowing new projects to be launched more quickly and improving collaboration across the supply chain. For Raben customers using co-packing services, the implementation means real-time visibility into production and inventory, higher service levels, improved on-time performance, and faster launches of promotions and new products. It also supports greater supply chain resilience through closer cooperation and more efficient operational responses.
“Raben’s implementation of Nulogy Shop Floor demonstrates the value of digitalizing co-packing operations at scale. The first phase focuses on seven locations in Poland, while the next steps will include assessing opportunities to implement Nulogy at additional Raben locations across Europe. With this investment, Raben Group is very well positioned to scale its VAS offering, increase flexibility, improve service efficiency, and deliver even greater value to customers and partners,” added Josephine Coombe, Chief Commercial Officer, Europe at Nulogy.
Nulogy Shop Floor contract packaging software can be implemented either as a stand-alone system or as part of Nulogy’s Manufacturing Operating System, or MOS, which includes additional functionality for overall equipment effectiveness, quality and compliance, supplier management, and more.
