Record office space supply in Poznań – report
More than 80,000 sqm of new office space is now under construction in Poznań, the biggest volume in a decade, according to Colliers International. Last year, over 21,000 sqm of office area was completed in the city. Colliers International estimates that the total existing office stock in Poznań – the fifth largest regional office market in Poland after Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City and Katowice – will this year exceed 500,000 sqm. The biggest ongoing office projects in the city include Nowy Rynek (Skanska) and Business Garden II (Vastint).
