Redkom Development building retail park at Andersa in Białystok
Construction is progressing on Redkom Development’s retail park on Andersa Street in Białystok. The project will provide more than 14,000 sqm of retail and service space and is scheduled to open fully in Q4 2026.
Biedronka became the first tenant to begin operating on June 11, followed by McDonald’s on July 3, while construction continues across the rest of the complex. Around 20 tenants are planned, including Jysk, RTV Euro AGD, Sinsay, Pepco, New Yorker, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Xtreme Fitness Gyms, and Xtreme Kids.
Located near Białystok’s ring road, the center will be accessible to both city residents and customers from surrounding areas. Redkom is also developing retail projects in Otwock and Lublin.
