Redkom Development to build shopping park project in Tarnów
Redkom Development’s retail park project in Tarnów has entered the construction phase, with Spec Bau Polska selected as the general contractor. The approximately 35,000-square-meter development, including an Agata furniture store, will be built on Lwowska Street, one of the city’s main transportation routes.
The project will offer nearly 30 retail and service units, as well as a Cinema City theater intended to strengthen its role as a shopping and leisure destination. About 90% of the retail space has already been secured through signed leases or agreed commercial terms.
Confirmed tenants include Lidl, JULA, CCC, Worldbox, Shock Price, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, Ochnik, Sinsay, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, Dr Materac, and Xtreme Fitness Gyms.
