Refield plans to develop and commercialize around 100,000 sq m of retail park space in Poland over the next two years, focusing primarily on midsize regional cities. Its most advanced project is a 23,000 sq m retail park in Sanok, opening in two phases in November 2026 and spring 2027. A project of more than 11,000 sq m in Łańcut is scheduled for September 2027, while a similarly sized scheme is planned in Leżajsk. In Środa Wielkopolska, Refield plans a roughly 20,000 sq m park for spring 2028. Together, these four projects account for about 65,000 sq m.

The company tailors each development to local demand, infrastructure, urban conditions, and an appropriate tenant mix.
