The total volume of existing office space in Poland’s largest regional markets – Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin and Szczecin – will exceed five million sqm later this month, according to Savills data. Last year, new office space supply in those cities reached the record level of more than 500,000 sqm with a further 920,000 sqm now being under construction. The most new office space is currently being built in Kraków (247,000 sqm) and Wrocław (208,000 sqm).
