Render Cube has called an extraordinary general meeting for February, 21, at which shareholders will decide on the admission and listing of the shares on the regulated market, the company said. The transition from NewConnect will not be accompanied by a share issue.

"A presence on the main trading floor should increase interest in our company and broaden the circle of shareholders, both individual and institutional," CEO Damian Szymański commented.

Render Cube's flagship project is "Medieval Dynasty" – a game that reached full release status in September 2021. Render Cube is a Łódź-based development studio founded in 2012. In its early days, it focused on carrying out outsourced work, mainly commissioned by other game developers, which resulted in collaborations with CD Projekt, Techland, and Platige Image, among others. In recent years, the company has focused on producing its own titles.
