Recently, LCP Group purchased a retail park in Pleszew. It is a project that shows that despite the anxious market situation, there is still room for good investments in Poland.

"The Retail Park in Pleszew purchased by LCP perfectly illustrates the market demand in Poland for modern retail space in smaller and medium-sized cities. The limited supply of such projects in the above locations shows that recognised chain brands, which have their own requirements regarding space quality, are still willing to open shops in such facilities, often in cooperation with local businesses. This allows them to optimally adapt their offer and perfectly meet the needs of local inhabitants,” Justyna Małysko, Senior Leasing Manager, LCP, said.

The Retail Park in Pleszew is a project located at 24 Armii Poznańska Street on the main route from Koszalin to Poznan. The facility was built on an area of over 10,000 sqm and offers 3,548 sqm of GLA. Its tenants are the international network brands known in Poland as well as local companies. The main tenants are Rossmann, Pepco, KiK, Tedi, RTV EURO AGD and Kaes.
