“Analyzing the situation from the last few weeks, I hope that we will see a return to the state before the epidemic in locations that were doing well before the quarantine,” Magdalena Frątczak, Head of the CBRE Commercial Sector, said.
In her opinion, the stores located in shopping centers with very good historical results, high visits and a large number of loyal customers who know and like a given place will generate turnover faster at a level similar to those before the decision to close shopping malls. Confirmation that the best locations can come out from this situation is that new transactions are being made all the time.

“We have only recently renewed the lease agreements for the Zara and Massimo Dutti brands at Galeria Sfera in Bielsko Biała. There are also new transactions. At Galeria Mazovia in Płock we have concluded a contract with a new food operator – the Spar network, which is currently conducting adaptation works. Agreements have also been signed for premises for the Iqos brand in Galeria Katowicka, Stary Browar in Poznań, Galeria Baltycka and Krakow Bonarka. The Sloggi brand has signed a contract with Złote Tarasy to open its second location in Poland. Atrium Copernicus in Toruń will strengthen its offer with the Fielmann brand”, Frątczak summed up.
