Revitalization of former Perun factory in Warsaw underway
Alides Polska is beginning the redevelopment of the former Perun factory in Warsaw’s Kamionek district, preserving the site’s more than 100-year industrial heritage while introducing new residential and service functions. Four historic factory halls will be retained and adapted for commercial uses, becoming part of an open urban development designed by WWAA. Conservation work starting in September 2026 will include removing and restoring roofs, uncovering original brick facades, reopening historic window openings, and preserving roof structures, skylights, and industrial details.
The new residential buildings have been designed to complement rather than overshadow the factory architecture. The project, developed over eight years of consultations, aims to integrate Perun’s industrial character into a contemporary neighborhood.
