Rex Concepts, the main franchisee of Burger King and Popeyes, is launching an IPO with a maximum share price of PLN 17.50, aiming to raise up to PLN 560 million.

The company plans to use the funds to expand its restaurant network, grow internationally, pursue acquisitions, and broaden its brand portfolio. Founded in 2022, Rex Concepts has rapidly scaled from 20 to 171 owned restaurants, with nearly 270 locations including subfranchises.

The IPO targets both retail and institutional investors. The company aims to open around 70 new restaurants in 2026 and reach over 700 locations by 2032, leveraging strong growth in the QSR market across Central and Eastern Europe.
