Rise.pl expanding in Kraków
Flexible office space operator Rise.pl has leased 1,640 sqm in a building located on ul. Kurniki in downtown Kraków and will thus occupy the entire property. The transaction was brokered by Savills. This will be the tenant’s sixth location in the city. Apart from Kraków, Rise.pl is also present in Warsaw, Rzeszów and Katowice.
