Rolls-Royce expands Kraków hub
Rolls-Royce has leased more than 2,100 square meters of office space in Kraków’s Unity Tower, where it has opened a new Global Capability Centre. The move strengthens the group’s presence in Central Europe and positions the Kraków site as its European base for Global Business Services.
The new centre will support core operational functions across the group, including finance, procurement, employee services, data analytics, and project management. The landlord of the building is Uniqa Real Estate, while the tenant was advised on the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
Unity Tower, located at Rondo Mogilskie, is the tallest building within the Unity Centre complex. The development comprises the 27-storey tower, two adjoining office buildings—Unity Square One and Two—as well as Radisson Red Apartments and a four-star Radisson Red hotel. In total, the Unity Centre offers around 50,000 square meters of gross leasable area and is managed by GD&K Consulting.
