Capital Park sold the Royal Wilanow office and retail complex in Warsaw to Czech fund WOOD & Company for over PLN 450 mln. The fully leased property offers about 37,000 sqm, combining offices, retail, and services. Capital Park will continue managing the asset.

The deal is one of the largest recent office transactions in Warsaw and reflects renewed foreign investor interest in stable Polish real estate. WOOD & Company significantly expands its presence, doubling its exposure to the Polish office market. The fund focuses on high occupancy assets with predictable returns. The transaction highlights Poland’s strong position as a key investment destination in Central Europe, with demand for stable, income generating properties remaining solid.
