RTV EURO AGD moves in Morski Park Handlowy
RTV EURO AGD is yet another tenant expanding the offer of Morski Park Handlowy in Gdańsk. Savills provided the owner of the building with consultancy and property management services.
RTV EURO AGD is a nationwide retail network operating on the market of consumer electronics and household appliances. The company offers its products in 291 stores in 191 towns and cities throughout Poland. For many years RTV EURO AGD has been operating in the omnichannel model, also selling products online at euro.com.pl and by phone.
“Morski Park Handlowy is eagerly visited by numerous customers, currently reporting results similar to the same period last year. RTV EURO AGD will strengthen the center’s offer in the field of consumer electronics and household appliances,” Marta Mikołajczyk-Pyrć, Head of Retail Property Management at Savills, said.
Morski Park Handlowy is located at ul. Przywidzka in Gdańsk. The total surface area of the facility after expansion is over 41,000 sqm. Its tenants include the OBI store, Carrefour hypermarket, McDonald’s, Jula, Jysk, and four brands of the Komfort group: Komfort Łazienki, Komfort Podłogi, Komfort Kuchnie, and Nexterio. The Designer Outlet Gdańsk and the Agata furniture store are located in the vicinity. Morski Park Handlowy is owned by GRP.
