Salary is not always on time, affecting thousands of employees

Only 81.4% of employees in Poland say they always receive their pay on time, according to a study by SD Worx, highlighting ongoing payroll issues. Delays are more common in small and medium sized firms, and up to 25% of payslips may contain errors due to manual data entry and poor system integration. These mistakes increase costs, reduce employee trust, and create tax risks. In response, companies are investing in automation, AI tools, and outsourcing payroll processes.

About half of organizations have automated key functions, while integrated systems can significantly speed up reporting. Still, only about one quarter have full integration, and outsourcing is expected to grow in the coming years.
