A continuation of the dynamic sale of luxury apartments in 2019 was the very good first quarter of 2020 (in 2019, ZŁOTA 44 recorded a 138 percent increase in the number of apartments sold compared to the results for 2018). After a temporary slowdown caused by the lockdown, sales quickly returned to the dynamics of the first quarter. In 2020, the value of apartments sold increased by 45 percent year-on-year.

“In 2020, interest in large apartments has increased. Their average area was approximately 150 sq m. We still offer large spaces on high floors, including two penthouse apartments at the top of ZŁOTA 44. Observation of global markets in this segment allows us to believe that after closing the sale ZŁOTA 44, the value of its secondary market apartments may increase. It may turn out to be a good time to buy a property right now, when its price takes into account the costs of materials from a few years ago, and at the same time maintains the highest quality of raw materials. ZŁOTA 44 is a unique investment, even in Europe," Clemens Lehr, Head of Europe AMSTAR, investor in ZŁOTA 44, said.

According to experts, but also investors, a luxury apartment is an asset that will not lose its value in the coming years. JLL, a company specializing in multi-faceted analyzes of the real estate market, analyzed the prices of luxury apartments in Warsaw based on the Case-Shiller index methodology. Changes in the value of apartments were checked by comparing the transaction prices achieved by selected premises on the secondary market with the purchase price of an apartment on the primary market starting from 2009. The analysis showed that the value of luxury real estate has grown on average by 6.2% annually in recent years, and sometimes this increase has even exceeded 10% annually. Therefore, we can talk not only about the high stability of the luxury real estate market, but also about its potential for growth in the long term.
