Saller acquires Rybnik retail park
Investor Saller Group has acquired a retail park located in the Silesian city of Rybnik. The property was completed towards the end of last year and comprises more than 6,500 sqm of space which is currently fully leased out. Its tenants include Lidl, Media Expert and Tedi. “This property is our 70th investment in Poland with more investments now being worked on,” said Saller Group’s Małgorzata Grdusiak who is responsible for the company’s expansion in the Polish market.
