Creator of technological solutions for e-commerce in the SaaS model, SAMITO, plans to debut on NewConnect. Earlier, the company will issue shares in the form of a crowd investing campaign, which will be presented on the CrowdConnect.pl platform.
SAMITO offers a range of solutions that help attract users and effectively encourage them to buy. A set of tools that can be collectively described as marketing automation includes, among others recommendation engines, trigger marketing, email marketing, push notifications, cart rescue, or dynamic layout change.
“We have built an innovative and effective tool that helps companies sell online. Our goal is to support the sales process so as to increase its efficiency and scale. This year, SAMITO introduced a new tool that helps publishers monetize the content of websites through automated content marketing activities for online stores. The innovative nature of the SAMITO tool is the automatic linking of the content of articles on publishers' websites with products from online stores. The advantage of the tool is also the efficient settlement model. The company has already started cooperation with the services of the Burda Media publishing house.
The NewConnect debut is planned for the turn of 2021 and 2022. In the coming weeks, the company plans to issue shares, from which it wants to raise up to PLN 4 million. The funds will be allocated to the development and marketing of SAMITO tools. The crowd-investing campaign will be presented on the CrowdConnect.pl platform run by Dom Maklerski INC.
