Samsung stays at Postępu 14 in Warsaw
Electronics company Samsung has recently renewed its lease agreement for over 5,300 sqm in the Postępu 14 office building in Warsaw, which was developed and is managed by HB Reavis. Colliers International brokered the transaction, representing the tenant. The Postępu 14 building is located in the Służewiec business area in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital. It comprises 34,500 sqm of GLA and is currently fully leased out. Samsung has been present in the location for nearly four years now.
