Savills commercializing Cromwell’s office buildings
Savills has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for office space in the Innova Work Station and Signum Work Station buildings in Warsaw, which are asset-managed by Cromwell Property Group. The buildings – until recently known as Trinity Park II and Trinity Park III respectively – are now being rebranded. They will soon also go through a modernization process. Innova Work Station and Signum Work Station together offer approximately 57,000 sqm of office area.
