Savills leasing Łódź offices
Savills has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for office space in the Forum 76. Business Centre building in Łódź, which is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. This is the first office property in the city that will be commercialized by Savills experts. Forum 76. Business Centre totals 7,700 sqm and is certified in the BREEAM system.
