Savills to commercialize Tulipan House offices in Warsaw
Commerz Real has appointed Savills as the exclusive leasing agent for the Tulipan House office building in Warsaw. The real estate services firm has been the manager of the property since 2012. Located in the Służewiec business area of the Mokotów district of the Polish capital and completed in 2008, Tulipan House comprises 18,000 sqm of office space. The building is owned by Commerz Real’s Hausinvest fund and is BREEAM In-Use-certified at the “Very Good” level.
