The historic Dom Marynarza hotel in Gdynia is set to undergo redevelopment and regain its original hospitality function. Polish Hotel Holding, the Industrial Development Agency, and the City of Gdynia have signed a letter of intent to prepare business, legal, and financial analyses for the project. The partners plan to expand and modernize the nearly 100-year-old building while preserving its distinctive prewar modernist architecture and maritime heritage. The Industrial Development Agency will provide financial and restructuring expertise, while Polish Hotel Holding will contribute operational and hotel-management experience.

The goal is to create a profitable, modern business model and turn Dom Marynarza into a flagship example of successful historic-building revitalization in Poland.
